I think you would probably be fine with 16GB of RAM. Since you aren't running a whole lot of different games, I would probably just go with a couple SSD's in RAID0. You will get very high performance, and help eliminate that bottleneck. Then just grab a couple storage drives for your NAS purposes.

If you aren't overclocking, the i7-4770 or XEON E3 is the CPU you want instead, no need to get a K with a motherboard that can't overclock.

I would probably go with something along these lines, even one SSD would work well:

What kind of games are you going to be hosting? And for how many people?

32GB of RAM seems kind of overkill, and what is your plan for the HDD?

I might recommend something faster like a WD Caviar Black for your games, and then go with a pair of WD Red drives in RAID1 for data. Also you don't need the "K" edition i7 if you aren't overclocking. I assume since you have the H87 motherboard that you aren't overclocking.

1. Arma 2 or 3 Mainly aswell as a teamspeak server, maybe other games as well. some where from 10-50 people, i want to have the extra space in case i do get a popular server

2. i wouldn't mind cutting down to 16GB if it meant equal performance, and ofcourse the 4 hdd in some sort of raid configuration
