Windows Doesn't Detect Segate HDD

Windows won't detect my 1TB external Seagate HDD. It makes the tone when plugged in by doesn't show up in This PC. I troubleshooted it in Devices and Printers, and re installed the driver. Nothing

Does it show in BIOS or better yet in device management?

you should be able to use device management to partition and format it!

Yes, it shows up in device manager an the BIOS. Just not "This PC" I formatted it in disk manager and it still doesn't show up. I even enabled "show hidden files and folders." Still nothing

UPDATE: I formatted it with exFAT and changed the drive letter. Now it shows up. Apparently NTFS doesn't work.
