Which PSU should I get? Is everything compatible? Would I get good performance? Really appreciate it guys! Thanks a lot!

Corsair TX650, high quality PSU, 80+BRONZE and 5 years warranty, that's something quality for a good price.

The rest of your build is good, compatible and set to go.

I would suggest you invest in a nicer case, as that's the thing you always look at, like a Cooler master HAF 912, a High Air flow case, which looks quite good, found on newegg for $57.
