Looking for the best GPU

Ok this is my second post and i am building a gaming pc and i have a lot of questions. one thing i really need to know is which one is the best for gaming out of these :

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770
Radeon R9 270X
GeForce GTX 760
EVGA GeForce GTX 770
Asus Radeon R9 280X
Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 Graphics Card

270x provides the best value but preforms the least compared to the rest of the cards. Gtx 770 and r9 280x are nearly identical in performance and both are better than the rest of the cards. Amd 7950 and 760 also have similar performance with 7950 be slightly better. To clarify the best way I can, the formula reads: 660/7870/270x<760/670/7950/280<770/680/7970/280x
