One day last week, the keyboard and mouse on my ativ 500t stopped working. I've tried everything imaginable and gotten no fix. At first, I'd be able to move the mouse for a second before getting a usb port reset failure. I reset windows and then fixed the usb drivers, but now I have nothing at all. I get 2 unknown devices in device manager and no working drivers associated. Pls help
