So there are multiple ways to connect fans in case.

Buying controller that you put in front 3,5 case. I don't like this idea, because I have Corsair 750D and I don't want anything in front :p

Second is to buy splitters and connect them.. I am thinking about 7 fans. But how to properly measure fan speeds etc.

How do you guys do it?

Obviously, a fan controller is best. But if you don't want to do that, there's always the MB headers if they have RPM control in BIOS. But don't attempt to parallel more than 2 fans per header. And the feedback may not be accurate that way.

But to be honest, something like this would look nice on the front of the case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811992005

Or, if you don't mind taking up 2 bays, something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811992004
