Position the primary fan right over the DRAM, simply clip the fan brackets to to cooler fins just barely above the DRAM, the fan will blow over the fins and to the rear of the case where the exhaust fan normally is, here's a pic of the fan raised about 1/4" about half down the page
Get any DRAM you like, the fan(s) on the Hyper 212 EVO are height adjustable, I've got Tridents under the EVO on my IB and Ripjaws X under another on my SB build, raising the fan a 1/4" or so has no ill effect on the cooling

Thanks I was thinking puttin it on the other side of the ram slot, but it will be right in front of the case fan, does it really matter?

No worries, this comes up often on the Hyper and I'm surprised so few seem to know that the fans are adjustable (it comes with brackets so you can add a second one in a push pull config)
Evil Joker, if you have only two RAM you can install them in the 2nd and 4th slot too, like in the link. http://cdn.eteknix.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/RAM-Clearance.jpg
Thanks! I was thinking if I upgrade to 4x4 I would had to change my cooling to a liquid cooling, I guess I'll put them on 2nd And 4th slot to avoid moving the fan
