You could probably get away with Ultra/very high settings on single player but need to tone it down in multilayer, especially in mods like breaking point.

What do you think I would have to run it at in multi player and what's a good upgrade to get ultra in multiplayer

Heres what I'm running at atm. 60 fps constant with adaptive vsync on except in areas with heaps of zombies (breaking point). I could probably turn some of those settings up a bit but I'm trying to get rid of game lock up problems atm.

Your card is similar so you should be able to run that alight. As for upgrades, I am going to try running 16gb ram soon with the large memory address aware set-up to increase performance. You could also add another 270x in cross fire, Over clock your cpu a bit or get an i7(those 4 extra threads might help, not sure).
