I am looking at these 2 motherboards for my new computer build& i am wanting to know what the differences between these motherboards before i make the choice to buy one

Heatsinks on the VRM's and USB3 front panel header on the none LE. The first item a must have if you are planning FX 8 core or any serious overclocking.
