I recently got an old pentium 3 computer from a friend. the motherboard and hard drive are trashed on it and i only really wanted it for the nice friendly old beige case that it was all in. the only internal piece that i found interest in was a Sound Blaster ct4830. I dont really know anything about sound cards as I have never used them before, but it seems like a pretty old card.
I am running a windows 7 system with the on-board audio of an Asus p8b75-m/csm.
Would it be worth it to put this card in my system, and given the cards age would i even be able to find drivers and such to work with win7?
