Will my Cooling handle this overclock?

Hello,

I have an FX-8350 that I want to overclock up to 4.8Ghz. I was wondering if I will be able to maintain that clock with acceptable temps

My specs:
Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z
Asetek 570lx (w/240mm radiator)
16Gb ddr3 1600mhz ram
Evga SuperNova 850g2 80+ gold PSU
Radeon HD 7990

Well you have to try it, if it gets too hot, then your answer is a no. It really depends on your exact setup, and how well you OCed ur cpu. You might not even get that speed with ur specific cpu

Refrigerated cooling - http://www.extremetech.com/computing/159619-5ghz-showdown-overclocked-5ghz-amd-haswell-ivy-bridge/2 will get it up to 5GHz so it matches a stock i7 4770k

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/282505-29-8350-examples seems to indicated that temps and voltages will get too high for 4.8GHz

yes your cooling is better then a h80
