There isn't much of a difference between these cards in terms of performance, but it does vary on the game.
Some games work better on AMD, and same for Nividia.

Your PSU will run both perfectly fine, but I think you should just go for the one that is cheapest in this case.

Also, take into account the 750ti's low power consumption and size, if that matters to you.

Go for the cheaper one. Both will perform similarly in most games, and both will run easily on your power supply.
If they're the same price, then go for the one you think looks better.

They won't benefit much from Mantle or PhysX, respectively, anyway. 'Cuz Mantle just isn't very useful on the AMD side, and the 750 isn't strong enough to crunch through heavy PhysX on the Nvidia side.
