Model N60
Router is at V2.0.4.3_EN

I wish to use router for access router only. Or hub if you will. I do not wish to use WAN port and would like if possible to disable it. I have one 1g port connected to laptop and other port connected to 24 port 1gig switch. That switch is connected to ADSL modem via a Ethernet port on ADSL modem.

When I first logon I get screen with Internet Connection Settings and Wireless Security Settings which say 2.4G and then passcode. I need to click on OK button to proceed. Cancel does nothing.

I configure 2.4G wireless settings to WPA2-PSK and save the settings. Then I close browser. The next time I logon I get with Internet Connection Settings and Wireless Security Settings which say 2.4G and then passcode. I need to click on OK button to proceed. Cancel does nothing. After that I go back to wireless settings and they have changed from WPA2-PSK to WPA-PSK.

So first question is:

How do I get settings to remain at WPA2-PSK?

Second question is:

How can I logon and not get the screen with Internet Connection Settings and Wireless Security Settings which say 2.4G and then passcode.

Again I only want to use N60 as access point. It will work if only the settings are saved and remain saved after logging out then back in.

Thanks but I don't need guide. Issue as I stated is wpa2 reverting to wpa upon accessing router. I think it is because the cancel button is not working at 1st screen. Only OK works and I think it defaults settings at that point. If I don't access router it holds settings.

After thinking about the initial screen when I got home today I used IE to access router. Before I was using Chrome. To my surprise when I connected with IE there was an additional button on the upper left labeled Advanced. I clicked on that and went directly to setup screens. Nothing changed back to defaults. So the fix for me at this time is to use IE to access router not Chrome. I will however still pursue why Chrome leaves out the Advanced button.

Update:

I use adblock as an extension with Chrome to control popups etc. I went into adblock and added the IP of the Tenda router to allow popups on that domain. The Advanced button then showed up using Chrome.
