Looks good, though I would suggest changing a few things:
-Try to change the Z11 to a better quality case, like the Corsair 200R, Cooler Master HAF 912, or Bitfenix Shinobi. However, if you like the looks of the Z11, then keep it.
-Remove the water cooling system. A simple air cooler like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or Plus is a cheaper option and cools just as well. You should be able to achieve 4ghz with that cooler and it's only ~$30. Not to mention you don't have to worry about leaks.
-Get a better psu. The Antec NEO ECO is a good quality psu, but now-a-days you should get at least an 80+ Bronze psu. Also, 520w isn't much for future upgrades. Try to get a 600-650w psu like the XFX 650w or Antec HCG620M.
