you can buy a separate GPU, from the names you may have heard AMD or Nvidia, which they make the GTX/GT (Nvidia), HD/R7/R9 (AMD). These are the more current GPU's available today. You an upgrade your GPU by putting a new one in a PCI-E X16 slot.

Well, before telling you which graphic cards are better, you must show me what is your pc specs because I need to see what motherboard you have. Also, for what kind of games are you planning to play. It also depends if the motherboards support more GPUs.
