I have a Radeon HD 6570 graphics card, which supports 2 monitors on its own, have bought 2 USB-SVGA adapters to set up 2 more monitors. I had my 2 monitors hooked up to the vid card working + 1 adapter, but then when I hooked up my 4th monitor via USB-SVGA adapter, i've lost the ability to use my 2nd monitor which is connected direct to the vid card. When I reboot my comp the monitor that isn't working displays the windows startup sequence and then just goes black. When I open displayfusion, it detects all 4 monitors and says they are working properly, it even displays my background on the monitor that is not working however it just displays a black screen while the other 3 work.

You misunderstand. I'm not trying to hook more monitors up to my Radeon HD 6570 graphics card, I am aware of it's limitations. What I have bought are 2 external VGA-video cards. http://www.iogear.com/product/GUC2015V/

I have 2 of those hooked up and I should be able to run 4 monitors, however one of my screens that is hooked up to my video card via native DVI stopped working. So my Radeon HD 6570 graphics card is only running 1 monitor currently.

This situation is maddening lol. It's frustrating how they can advertise these adapters as external video cards when they still require the internal video card in order to function. You are right, I have hooked everything up with drivers and all, but one of the screens simply freezes while the other 3 work. I have an HP-Pavillion h8-1020 PC, would it be possible for me to add an extra video card? Is there any way I can get 4 monitors to run on this PC?

The Link I posted above contains all available options within my BIOS if you'd like to have a look. I've never done anything like this so i'm not sure what i'm even looking for. Could it be that this is impossible with my particular PC make/model?

I've enabled " PCI VGA Palette Snooping", under bus options. "PCI SERR# Generation" was already enabled, those are my only two options. Now what? :)
