Acces denied c:/

Hello, i'm not a native speaker (writter) nor some kind of electronic genius
so sorry for the weird text structure.

Here's the problem :

Can't acces the c:/ drive after a recovery...

Now i can't download anything but i absolutely need to download chrome in a hurry,
so i can use the google map virtual lego program allowing people to create something in lego.

Yep, that does exist and i need it, lol.

Now i am hopping that someone in the worldwide web could solve that one problems,
giving me simple tips or reasonably understandable tips, at least.

Edit : By the way, i dont have any password on the computer at the moment, i had one before, not anymore.
I tried to set up one in the bios, did nothing.
However, as i seen in other threads, seems like it wouldn't change anything.
I am using a Vaio , windows 8

Could you please post your system? is it a tablet or a laptop? Or a desktop CPU?

Not sure where you are at. Did you perform a System Recovery that failed? Is Windows running at all?
What were you trying to do to get the 'Cannot Access C:'?
