what mhz i mast have for overclocking 4 gb ram becaues is not responding
win 7 64 bit 400 watt

Overclocking your RAM is not a good idea if you don't know what you are doing.However this is how the Mhz goes : 1066/1333/1600/1866/2133 .

Overclocking your RAM may not be the answer. Have you tried re-installing your OS ??

Use your windows disk and boot from it, then reinstall OS.
