I'm planning on to buy a CPU
Wat I hav planned is for
I5 4th gen
4gb ram
500gb hdd
I already have a monitor
I want to use it for daily needs such as office and also low level gaming

So please give me some suggestions

A motherboard supporting lga 1150 would be a good start, if you dont already have it

What do you mean saying entire cpu? The cpu is the i5.
If you are not overclocking, the i5 4440 is good.

I cant give you an answer on that right now, as i am not near a pc, but for psu, try find a seasonic rebranded like xfx, antec and that.

Okay - I am trying to do the cheapest build with an i5 - i dont know the currencies too well, so sorry if they dont fit your budget. Just searched, and 1 dollar is around 61 rupees. That might give you enough for an os, but i dont know about monitor.
Do you already have OS and monitor?

With 30000 INR You Can't Get An I5 With Entire Build But Here Are Some Components That Can Be Decent-If You Want An I5.
