i am replacing my fx-4100 with a fx-8350 and i need a new motherboard for that (around 100 euro's) because my motherboard can't handle it

In your budget range, get either one:
Asus M5A97 R2.0 ( 4+2)
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ( 8+2 )
Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 (6+2)

Because you use the fx8 series cpu, they are power hungry cpu you need the MB have enough VRM to power the fx8 series cpu.
