Best Heatsink for Cooler Master K281

But why don't you want to use the stock cooler that comes with the cpu? It should be OK with this cpu and case

there are a number of options open to you for a good heatsink ,
firstly your max cpu height your case will allow is 162mm go with anything you like under that size

That's pretty hot. So your BF3 temps' aren't too bad.
If you've blow your case out and raised your fan speed then you can also try re-seating your cpu cooler -
Remove the cooler and fan. Use isopropyl alcohol to clean the old thermal paste off the top of the cpu and bottom of the cooler.
Apply a pea size drop of new Arctic Solver thermal paste to the center of the cpu and replace the cooler and re-connect the fan
