I need help with streaming. on OBS prefferibly.

Hey guys, i just need some tips, i have a i3 340 cpu, 8gb hyperx ram, a gtx 7702gb, and im trying to stream wow with obs, but i always get framerate drops and i always have huge amounts of lag. Im streaming at 16:9 and bit rate 1500, this is my internet download speed is 9.9 and upload is 2.76. all help will be appreciated, thanks guys

Upgrading your CPU should fix the lag. You're getting lag as streaming/recording video is very CPU intensive, so having a generally weak CPU won't be any good, plus the i3 doesn't have many threads which are a massive help.
