Will GTX 770 be bottlenecked by this dated build?

Current build
Mobo: Asus P6t Deluxe
CPU: i7 920
GPU: GTX 275
RAM: 6x2gb Corsair 1600mhz
SSD: Intel 120gb SSD
Corsair 750w

I've got about $500 bucks to work with at the moment and I'd like to start with a nice fresh new GPU. Will its performance be throttled by this set up? and will my PSU be able to run the GTX 275 in addition?

Solution
it should be just fine to get a 770, your cpu will not bottleneck it and the psu can defiantly handle it aslong as it has 1 6-pin and 1 8-pin pcie power cable, or 2x 6+2-pin which is most likely.

You have more than a decent CPU. Just get an aftermarket cooler (if you dont have one) OC you CPU to ~3,5 GHz and enjoy your gaming rig :)
The difference in gaming should be not that big. There is a difference tho between Haswell and your 920 :) so you could say there is going to be a "bottleneck"

A game like ARMA III or Rome II might have a bit of a bottleneck though. Most other games won't have a problem.
Those two games like super fast processors as they do a lot of their calculations with the CPU.
That power supply will be fine.

Have to go with the crowd on this one, you've still got a decent gaming rig, but as has been said, the current CPU will benefit from a little overclocking and adding a nice little cooler into the upgrade won't add much to the cost.
Only possible fly in the gravy is if you need to remove the motherboard, some cases have an opening in the motherboard backplate/tray allowing easy access to the back of the motherboard and CPU socket so adding a cooler will be easy, if the backplate/tray is solid you'll have to pop out the motherboard.
As for a GTX770, it's a good choice, particularly if you're likely to play graphics heavy games, if you're happy with slightly less performance or don't use AA very much a GTX760 is cheaper and not that much slower.
Yes, the existing PSU should run both cards but why the dual setup?
