On my hp laptop my internet button isn't working!

Please help me. When I click my internet button to turn it on, it stays orange which means it's off. And when I click it too many times "blue screen" comes up.

Strictly speaking it's not an "internet button", it's a WiFi button, not the same thing.

Check Device Manager.

If no errors are shown, and the WiFi adapter is not listed under "Network Devices", it's possible that the WiFi adapter has failed.
This was a common problem with HP & Compaq laptops, it happened to my granddaughter's HP laptop and the only fix (short of getting it repaired) is to buy a USB wireless adapter, which is what I did as the laptop warranty had expired.
