These are still $389 on newegg wonder if I should get them an make a build with it.

Well craiglist and no warranty versus a card with full warranty! You will have to decide if worth the risk.

Well like I said in my other thread I'd make sure I seen the product in action before buying it. If the seller can't do that than I won't buy from them. Though if these cards were in working order an not defective $100 off seems like a good deal. Anyways probably some reason he is selling them so cheap.

I saw plenty of 280x selling for $300-330 on pcpartpicker.com

I wouldn't buy that. I'd rather have warranty and assurance.

This one is $300 and brand spanking new:
