Is my build good for a beginner?

maybe even 2 8gb ram sticks so you can upgrade to 32gb of ram later on

this is true however you only need more than 8gb of ram if you are rendering heavy duty videos or uploading a lot to youtube otherwise save yourself a lot of money and stay with 8gb

its a little over budget, but if you dont care about looks you can get a $20 case. also, this will out-perform the 270X, 280, and 760, and the cpu is faster and overclockable.

that is very understandable and i have heard that the 270 can be overclocked a lot plus you will get mantle. enjoy this great build
