go to Start > Right click Computer > Properties > Advanced System Settings > Startup and recovery Settings > and uncheck the "Restart Automaically" check box.
Now when your computer crashes you should be able to see the BSOD and you can write down what is actually crashing and go from there.

Is there anyway you can elaborate? what are you doing when it restarts. have you replaced any parts recently/ upgrades. Software changes? how old is your PC/ hardware? What are your specs? do you overclock? Anything you can think of helps.
