My cpu overheating?

Hello to eveyone i have an issue i think cpu overheat when i play games core 0 reach 60c
,and in idle core 0 53c is normal for e 8200 core 2 duo ,gpu also go on gaming 60c
maybe need fan have only one 120mm front and one 80mm back
any suggestion

Not overheating, but those temps are rather high! Open the side cover of the computer and clean using a can of compressed air. After that, if you can add fans it would help.

Make sure that the cpu cooler is tightly installed and maybie try to change the thermal grease

Your load temps are ok but CPU's idle temps are a bit high, should be around 30~35C.

And your GPU temps are OK.

I change case with old case dont reach this temperatures,change with coolermaster k350
core 0 goes high when gaming is that normal? core 0 goes 53c on idle

goes from 49 minimum to 53 on idle is normal temps?
