Dell Inspiron 560s GPU and CPU upgrade?

Hi i'm looking at upgrading my 560s with a core2quad CPU and hopefully upgrading the GPU to a gtx 650 TI boost or the GTX 660 TI a friend is selling both GPU's cheap so i would like to know if it is possible to fit either of these in my standard inspiron 560s i know i will need to upgrade my PSU aswel but i will not be doing this work myself as i really don't have a clue and don't wan't to ruin it i don't know much about the insides of a computer but if i need anymore info for you to make an answer please just say oh and i have ddr3 ram and pci-express and my cpu socket is LGA775 if that helps thanks for any help you may be able to give me

Keep in mind that the 560S is a slim m odel and therefor only able to accept low profile video cards. Its doubtfull wither of those will fit.

Actually i'm not entirely sure it is a slim case as it is about 15-16cm wide and i read in another post that this probably means it's not the slim model but i am not near this computer to check this at the moment but i will measure the sizes tomorrow is there any other info you might need to answer? And if neither of those will fit what would be a good alternative for about £100-£150 For GPU thanks
