GTX 770 or GTX 760 what's the difference for gaming?

More CUDA Cores, higher stock clocks, and a larger memory bandwidth. Is it worth it? IMO it is...but it would be best to read some benchmarks on both cards and decide for yourself.

Again, my vote is for the GTX 770.

The gtx 760 will max out most games @ 1080p @ 60fps
The gtx 770 will max out all games @ 1080p @ 60FPS

Yes and no...min frame rates mean as much to me as average fps. A 770 will keep you higher during lows (which will still be under 60) during taxing game play.
