So I'm looking for a gaming monitor that is 24 inches or larger. My budget is 200-250. I mostly play WOW, Diablo 3,and occasionally DayZ Standalone, Battlefield 4, Titanfall.
Here are my specs:

I5 3570K
Gigabyte GTX 770 2GB
WD 600gb velociraptor
G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB(2x4GB) 1600mhz
Corsair H100i
SeaSonic M12II 750 80+ bronze

Solution
Does it have to be 24" or higher? You can get a nice 23" IPS monitor at ~$150: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-vs239hp
Or if you want, since your budget is so high, and you really want 24" or higher, you can get a 24" 1920x1200 IPS monitor for $230: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-vs24ahp
The 1920x1200p resolution features a 16:10 aspect ratio over the traditional 16:9 aspect ratio, which means that it is a little higher than a regular 16:9 monitor. This gives the monitor a more boxy look rather than a rectangular look.
