HELP! need a build that will run Archeage (mmo) on max

suck at building computers. need a build that will max the game with stable 60 fps. i run a monitor at 2560x1440 and i already have 1200watt psu and an ssd so i dont need that, also want to overclock cpu and gpu as much as possible. budget is around $1000. would like to shop at newegg.ca

So you need add the DVD/CD Burner and cpu cooler, plus OS. Also you can sell the PSU (Corsair HX650 650W) or the HDD to regroup some $$.
