I bught a new computer 3 months ago and when i'm get in the internet i just can't and then i cant even turn it of i have clean it but i also dont have andivirus because i think windows have their already . Please help me

You need to get on another PC, download malwarebytes and avast onto a USB drive and then install it on your PC. Windows does not come with its own antivirus. Win 8 supposedly does, but you are better off with a good third party option.
