I wan't a PC for casual things, casual gaming and I'll upgrade in some months. I'm using a 1360x768 Monitor.

Motherboard: ASRock Falal1ty Fm2a88x+ Killer
Processor: AMD a10-7850k
Processor Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO
Memory: G.skill Trident X 2x4GB 2400MHz CL10 DDR3

VS

Motherboard: Asus M5a78l-m
Processor: AMD FX-6300
Processor Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO
Memory: Corsair 2x4GB 1600MHz Value Select DDR3
GPU: Radeon R7 260x

The prices are the same here in Brazil. I can't wait 60 days importing from another country and with the import taxes the prices are almost the same.

Solution
1400 BRL is about 630 USD.

I would get the FX-6300, 2x4GB RAM, and I would get a 970 chipset motherboard instead, or better yet 990FX, if you can afford it. The "ASUS M5A97" looks like a good 970 board, and "ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0" and "GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3" both look like decent inexpensive 990FX boards.

Then spend the rest of your money on the best graphics card you can afford.

I would go with an AMD FX-6300, for sure. Also, skip the CPU cooler. The one that comes with the CPU is fine if your not overclocking, especially if you are on a low budget. Besides, you will void the warranty of the CPU if you use a different cooling solution.

Yes, get a 2x4GB RAM kit.

The R7 260x is a good low-budget AMD card, and a great nVidia budget card is the GTX 750ti.

Are there any other parts you need? Like mouse/keyboard/case/etc.? Exactly what is your budget?
