Motherboard for Computer Project Out-Of-Stock

Hey guys,

Forgive me for my lack of knowledge. A friend of mine helped me put together a pretty decent part list for a $1200-$1300 gaming computer (including peripherals).

However, as I went to my checkout cart on Newegg, I realized that the motherboard was missing on the list. I relocated it on the website, and it is apparently out-of-stock!

I really do not want to wait possibly multiple weeks for it to be restocked, but I do not want to make a mistake in picking a lower-value motherboard to replace it.

Here is my part list. The motherboard within the list is unavailable to me.

Are there any other alternatives of the same features with this motherboard, that are compatible with all of my parts? Should I just wait for it to be restocked?

Please note, I do not want to make any functionality sacrifices with this. I would prefer waiting if that is my only way to avoid that.

Thank you for reading this, and I'm sorry for my lack of knowledge on the subject!

go to newegg and type in m5a99fx... it will take you to the rev 2.0 board, which is stock
that's the one you want anyway... it's an updated version of the original m5a99fx.

you could save a few bucks and get the m5a99x... there's no difference between them as far as what you're doing with it.

the only difference would be if you were running 2 or 3 780s or titans.

even 760 SLI would have zero difference between the 99x and 99fx

Thank you. I did not even realize that there was another entry of the same item for sale!
