That'll work well for high settings at 1080p--but you could become CPU limited in CPU intensive games like BF4 multiplayer and such.

Otherwise a great mid-level gaming rig.

You have the option to upgrade down the road or save a little future money and step up to something like a Core i5 4670k now--that'll eliminate any potential CPU limitations.

Well it's already at an equivalent of an i5 if he chooses to overclock in the future. If you wait for broadwell your just going to keep playing that waiting game because every year something new will be out. Also it might not be worth the wait as the haswell was barely, if that, faster than the previous ivy bridge.

Well I know intel HD will see a massive jump in performance, but I'm not too sure about the CPU itself.

An 8320 will only be a few frames behind the i5, if not higher in some cases.

If you're the type that buys a computer and runs it until the wheels fall off then go with the AMD build--if you're the type that likes to incrementally upgrade their computer over its lifespan go with the Intel build :)

The AMD build will be faster now, and when OC'd is on the same level as an i5 and can even compete with i7's here and there.

The Intel build will have a solid upgrade path allowing you to slowly add more and more power until you're satisfied.
