My PC Needs Upgrade

What i want to achieve is playing Diablo3 : Reaper of Souls decently.

Does my motherboard support a new video card?Can i replace the current one and/or the processor?What components i shall buy for my spec to make Diablo3:Reaper of Souls run decently without experiencing low fps/fps drops during big fights? Do i need more RAM or another components?
I have a low budget tho so i'm tempted into a low-budget viable solution.Thanks alot !

Well my budget is somewhere around 100-200 euros max

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp43757kr this will be a great upgrade, it is low-power so you dont have to worry about upgrading your psu, and add another identical stick of ram to what you already have.

no new cpu needed, it should be ok for now. what psu do you have? you may want to replace it because of 1. it might be low quality and 2. it's getting older.

No really point in upgrading your processor unless you can find a cheap core2dou (really really cheap) that chip set is not in production for awhile now. However if you build a new machine you can use the video card. Again the best bet is adding another 2gig of memory and a new video card.

The 750 card that was suggest is low power so it hopefully really shouldn't be an issue what PSU he is running.

well, if his current psu is very low quality, it needs to be replaced even if he didnt upgrade, because poor psu's can damage your whole system.

I will be checking that at once and come back with the answer.I'm quite gladly surpriced you say i don't need another CPU for D3:RoS - mine has only 1 core hehe.But you know better so i'm happy with it

well the issue is that getting a "new" CPU for that MB is dead end but if you do decide to build a new PC you can move over everything else except for maybe the memory. Your also trying to save money however the thing is you could probably pick up a referb PC on new negg with better specs for around $100 or so US.

So that maybe a thought.

I had the processor running at 2.5Ghz for a month now with the tool AsRock provides -OcTuner .For sure i will get that card and the ram,opening my pc case to see the PSU even tho i have no clue which one is it .

no problem, but if you have 200 euros, then go for the gtx 750 Ti i posted and this cpu http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80570e8400 it will perform much better.

Ow the thing is it has sigil on-still got couple weeks of garancy.So i can't open it to check the PSU.If u have any advice for that too -please advice me,what to gwt .So,far that card,the 2 core intel proceasor and 2 more gigs of ram .

thats it for now, and look at the back of your case, where the power plugs into the pc. it should have a brand make and model of your psu.

The only thing i can read here is WIPSU or W/PSU. And for the video card it details here i got AsRock VGA X4500-guess its the integrated one.But i can add myself in the slot the one u said i shall get right ?

So sorry I just meant the mother board currently only support up to a Core2duo processor which is not made any more.

But it does use DDR3 so if you decide to buid a new system (really just need a new MB and CPU) you can use all the parts people are suggesting for upgrades.

Personally if you only concerned about gaming I would go Video card>ram> then maybe PSU if you think thats a concern. Then when you have another 100-200 you can actualy get a new motherboard and CPU combo for 200 euros.

However the system will run better over all with 4gig of memory though probably won't help much with game.

For gaming cards while the 750 (ti) is a great card and I would recomend the same if your really trying to save money for now you maybe able to get away with something a bit cheaper.

I would say look for sales on the Video cards and memory and get which ever one first you can find the best deal on.

his current mobo supports celurons, core2duos, cor2quads, and pentiums. his current cpu is a very low-end single core, a dual core will give way more performance.

So it does support more than 2cores ? I'm totally confused now.Recoment me a good priced processor then too,forget about the budget...it will take more to grab the money but at least i get to know what to buy right now.Even if it costs 100 euros itself.
