its all good. but i would recommend a better quality power supply. never go with cheap psu's. may risk your components in danger if the psu fails. go with antec, seasonic, xfx, corsair.

its important but not really in risk. you can change it later well basically there is no 80+ efficiency or quality components in that psu not great voltage regulation and may fail at its peak power. just saying you're fine for now but not with heavy overclocking.

So you mean I won't be in problem if I don't overclock? I will not be even when I do overclock but I will be if I do hard overclock with big voltages?

Who makes this Chieftec? CWT? They are pretty well known I thought. I'd keep it.

exactly. you can do a slight overclock or dont overclock at all to be safe. never go heavy on overclocking with that psu. whats another thing about cheap psu's is that they rate it at 750watt but doesnt really exceed 750watts. it will probably handle around 500watts or less.

Eww it's a multi-rail unit. It might still be fine but you need to split the rails right.

It means put your GPU on a serperate rail if possible, as this PSU has several weaker rails instead of one strong rail.

Instead of us explaining every small detail I find it much easier if I link you to an article for you to read and get all the info then answer question on what you don't understand.
This being said here are the links for PSU's : http://computer.howstuffworks.com/power-supply.htm
http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page2679.ht...
http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/181

edited to add more links for a well rounded understanding.
