Definitely. It depends on the exact card, some 770s have a 6 pin and an 8 pin, while a few have dual 8 pins. It will work either way, as the cards that have dual 8 pins will come with a 6 to 8 pin adapter.

Yeah should be enough. Though if you're planning SLI in the future, it won't be enough. Otherwise it should be fine. Like HiTechoObsessed said some 770s have a 6 pin and 8 pin, and others have an 8 pin and 8 pin. Though I'd stick with 6 pin and 8 pin models.
