Hello! I just ordered the Sapphire R9 290 (non x) Vapor X with the 1030mhz OC or something. I don't plan to overclock it anymore. I realize the website says a minimum of a 750w PSU. Is 650w Seasonic M12II Bronze that I already have good enough? This is what is in my PC prior to putting in the 290.

Intel i7 4770 at 3.9ghz
2 sticks DDR3 ram at 1600mhz
1 hdd and ssd
3 LED case fans and 2 regular all 120mm
The PSU I said
Asus Z87m Plus MATX mobo
Sound Blaster Z PCIe
And I was running a GTX 780ti but I decided I couldn't justify it for just 1080p

Let me know what you think. Also, I have this G Sync chip in my monitor which I will be returning.. but If I test the 290 on this G Sync monitor, will it work as if it was a regular monitor? or should I put the regular power chip back into the asus monitor. K thanks!

With an overclocked CPU that is more power hungry than the 4770, a system with a 290 will pull around 400w at max power draw, so you'll be perfectly fine :)  http://www.anandtech.com/show/7601/sapphire-radeon-r9-2...

And yes, it will just not have GSync active. Not sure why you would get rid of a 780 Ti paired with a GSync monitor to get a 290 with no GSync. Seems the opposite of what normally would happen lol
