This forum is a wealth of knowledge so maybe you guys can pinpoint my problem.
In the past I always had the bois setting for the Gigabyte FXA990-UD3 rev 4.0 MB at default and after reading a few general post I changed some of the setting, it ran fine for a while but I didn't play any games while it was set to whatever I had changed. Once I loaded BF4 and played for a while I noticed a huge fluctuation causing hiccups from 45-50 fps down to 15-20 yet, before it ran silky smooth at about 45 fps (this is with ultra setting optimized). So I went back into the bios and set it back to default. Before I changed anything the fx-6300 would stay at 3.5gh, now with it set back to default it is running at 4.1ghz and usually only 2-3 cores the other cores sit at 1.4ghz and it swaps these setting between cores every 1-2 seconds. I should note that I recently updated the graphics drivers and hardware to the most recent updates from amd and gigabytes website. What could be the issue?
System Hardware:
gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 rev 4.0
FX-6300
Sapphire 7770 ghz oc
Corsair CX500 V2.3
Hyperx 4gb ddr3 1600mhz x2
Seagate ST2000DM001 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache
LG Black 12X BD-ROM 16X DVD-ROM SATA
Does anyone seem to know what the tmpin0-2 and fanin0-3 refer to?
Hardware report right when starting BF4
Hardware report after playing BF4 for 5 minutes
EasyTune6 report
Its a little dusty in my pc but idk if that could be the problem. I built this system 7 months ago so its pretty new
