Where to put motherboard in a Apex TX-606-U3 case?

They are the screws that screw into the chassis and on the other end, provide a groove for the motherboard screw.

Newegg has pictures of that case. It comes with a PC case speaker for BIOS beep codes, stand-offs and screws for the stand-offs.
The stand-offs correspond to the holes in the motherboard. They lift the motherboard up slightly inside the case and the screws go thru the motherboard into the stand-offs to hold the motherboard securely in place.
