This is my first build, I had been trying to piece together my own build but I kept on going over budget when I added Software and peripherals. So I just gave up and went the easy route, without really reading about how Newegg just dumps unwanted parts into the Combo's, and I am afraid that the quality will sketchy. If this is limited by the GPU, I already had plans to crossfire.

This is the build I purchased, http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1594801 , I know the PSU is shit, I am planning on purchasing a corsair unit next week. Other than that do you think it will be a good unit?

I also purchased a wireless mouse and keyboard. . Will this work before Windows is installed? The units are RF Wireless from Logitech. Thank you for your input, I hope it will play modern games well.

Solution
Ditch the power supply for a better quality one. 550-650W is enough. Choose brands from Antec, Coolermaster V series, Corsair (not CX or CS series), EVGA SuperNova G2, Seasonic or XFX
Rest of the components are fine.
It should be able to POST.
