- Install a dvd burner into it and burn files to disk
- connect it to your network and transfer files over the network ( you may need to install a network card) or direct connect two pc's using a crossover cable.
- remove the harddrive and install it into a usb adapter/housing/dock and attach it to your new pc.

are you trying to get old files off of the computer and onto the new? if you are, use Windows Easy Transfer

Click the Start button In the search box, type Easy Transfer, and then, in the list of results, click Windows Easy Transfer.
