Low FPS on a mid to high-end PC! pls help

Hello!

I recently bought a new mid to high-end PC and it ran all of the latest games on highest settings untill now. I used to play BF3 on ultra and I would get at least 100 FPS even more and now I play on Low settings and I get around 40 FPS please help me any respond would be nice.

Here are my PC specs:
Charge: ATX 750W Chieftec
Processor: Intel i7-4770k LG115 3.5GHz
RAM: 2x DDR3 4GB PC1600 Kingston
Graphic card: VGA Gigabyte NV GTX 760 2GB
Motherboard: OP Gigabyte, LGA1150, uATX, Z
Hard drive: SSD Intel 2,5 120GB S530(that's where my system is(Windows 7 64-bit)) + HDD WD 2TB GREEN


Now, I wrote the things that are written on the box I got the PC in and I'm not a professional about computers, but I know some stuff. PLEASE HELP IT'S VERY ANNOYING!!!

OMG thank you so much let's just hope it will stay like this. I guess I was just installing the wrong drivers this whole time. lol

I will open a new discussion if the problem continues after this.

Ok so it worked for about 2 hours I was playing BF3 on ultra and I was getting around 80 FPS and in the middle of a game it started lagging again and I have to play on lowest settings and I get 40 FPS . IT DOESN'T WORK!

I allready used CCleaner and cleaned registry and temporary files.
I can't tel you temps while playing BF4 I can tell you temps while playing BF3:
I sometimes play normally for 2 hours and the lag starts
the temperatures while gaming normally on BF3
processor: 62 C°
GPU: 40C°
Motherbord: 28C°
storage: both around 35C°

and while having this lag :
CPU: 65C°
GPU: 67C°
Motherboard: 28C°
storage: around 35C°

Any solution how do I stop that?
