also, why the 4x4 memory kit? for the same price, you can go 8x2gb ddr 2400, which any z87 board will support.
going 4x4 now means you cant upgrade in the future, and introduces possible memory controller issues. Some of them get finicky when you use all 4 slots.

I was just going to add check pcpartspicker. some of your prices seem a bit higher than i've seen, if you can get everything $10 cheaper elsewhere, that adds up to a lot

i second the notion that at 1080p you wont use more than the 2gb.

i have two 770 4gbs, and at 1440p with the eyecandy, i have seen it creep into the 3gb VRAM usage, but theres a big difference between 1440p and 1080p.
