You can overclock the graphics card to make it perform like an R9 270x, which is similar to the GTX 760. Everything's from amazon and its a solid build.

This looks really nice,I have a couple of questions though.
1~I plan on playing gtaiv/skyrim first(modded) and i heard it really takes a toll on a system. Is this enough for graphic mods+1080p?

2~what framerate should i expect to play next gen games at(1080p)?

3.is this enough for emulation?

For modded skyrim you should probably get a GTX 770 or R9 280x, which is not even possible in your budget, especially if you want all the parts from a specific retailer. Overclocked, the R9 270 performs like an R9 270x, which is very similar to a GTX 760. I recommend getting the R9 270, and overclocking it to a R9 270x, then maybe you can expect a 45fps average, and probably similar or a little bit better results in GTA 4.

Next gen games such as Battlefield 4 should be very playable, even at ultra settings if you are willing to settle with whatever FPS they give you, probably around a 45 - 50fps average on ultra settings (as long as you overclock your GPU). You can always tone down the settings if you want higher FPS.

Emulation should run fine as well.

45fps average for modded skyrim is good enough for me ^^ and if next gen games/emulation averages around that as well im fine with that.
I never tried overclocking before though...not too hard right?
thanks again for the help.

It's not hard, just be careful. You can find plenty of tutorials online. Note that the results I gave are only if you overclock your GPU to a R9 270x, I highly recommend it. Of course you can try out everything non-overclocked first, and if you are satisfied with the results than you don't need to overclock.
