My sister is an amazing graphic artist and needs to upgrade from a laptop to a computer. My family wants to surprise her by purchasing a computer that she can put to use everyday.
I know very little about hardware and am turning to this community for a list of parts that will work well together and be able to run drawing and photoshop programs easily. We only have $800 to spend can you help me out?!
