Graphics Card not Displaying Anything

I recently cleaned my PC. But when I went to start it, nothing would come up on my monitor. I checked and everything seems to be plugged in. My fans work and my card runs. So it can't be the motherboard. Just thought I'd check on here for help before I spend money in case its a simple fix.

Well if it says no signal on the screen then the problem is in the rig.

Just can't say anything bluntly but try another graphics card (from a friend or another pc you have) if u think its gpu.

But first try resetting the complete pc once again so that you are sure of everything plugged in ("it seems" won't work).

Check for unplugged or loose cables & wires since the problem comes up after cleaning so such can be causes....
