AMD r7 250 GDDR5 on aopen (AO300-08CZ) 350W PSU ?

hi, i m planning to buy AMD r7 250 GDDR5 top replace my old GPU (nvidia geforce 210) but i i have aopen AO300-08CZ 350W PSU and this is a picture of it the psu http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?id=38485200220.jp...
so i want to know if it will work on it and this is my config :
CPU: intel core 2 quad 8300
motherboard: asrock G31M-S http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/G31M-S/
GPU: nvidia geforce 210 ( i want to replace it with the AMD r7 250)
ram : 4GB ddr2 (2 stick of ram)
hdd : 2 hdd the first one 255GO and the other one 209 GO

i never overclocked my CPU and i always have 2 USB plugged in for the mouse and the keyboard and i have a DVD RW drive but i dont use it
will i be able to use the AMD r7 250 without problemes with this psu or not please ? if not then what is the best nvidia and amd card that i can use ?

Well, It's a good upgrade for your Graphic Card, you'll likely need to upgrade with a 450W PSU.

Yes they should work fine together. but my ? is whether it will fit or not. Although the psu is older, I would recommend upgrading you psu also.. As with age the wattage output decreases.
